QUESTION: Shall the City of Miner enact a one-fourth (1/4) of one percent sales tax for the operation of the municipal fire department as allowed by State Statute RSMo. 321.242?
QUESTION: Shall the Board of Education of the Scott County Central School District, Missouri, be authorized to increase the operating tax levy ceiling by $0.40 to $3.6457 per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation in order to provide additional funds to retain qualified staff, maintain its facilities and meet the operating expenses of the District? The District intends to reduce the debt service levy by $0.40that will offset the estimated $0.40 increase to the operating levy and will result in no increase to the total tax levy if this Propositionis approved by the voters.
